Collections

If you wish to collect your order, please do so from the following address:

Jewers Grain, New Granaries, Elmswell Road, Bury St. Edmunds, IP30 9RH, United Kingdom

Monday to Friday before 4PM excluding bank holidays. You must place an order at the latest a day before the intended collection date. This is to ensure the order is processed and ready upon arrival.

Returns

Claims for faulty goods or for delivery problems must be made within 14 days from the time we ship them. Faulty goods must be returned to us at your expense before they can be replaced. If you wish to cancel an item which has been shipped, it must be returned to us within 14 days from the time shipped. The customer must cover the expense of any returns. Glass breakages will not be replaced but will be refunded.

Accuracy of information

Although every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, some information (including images) may be out of date or erroneous and the actual product shipped may vary from that indicated.

Payment Terms

For customers with approved Pauls Malt Ltd. credit accounts. The payment terms for all orders shall be 30 days after delivery. Payment terms will be reviewed periodically and changed if agreed by the both Parties. All payments shall be made in GBP by wire transfer to the bank account disclosed in the proforma invoice related to the order.

Cancellation Policy

All and any cancellations must be done so by contacting us at sales@paulmalt.co.uk

A customer can cancel his/ her order up until the time of dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order which has been dispatched, a full refund will be given up to and including 7 days from date of order. All goods must be returned before any refund is given. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the delivery costs of any returns. Goods must be returned free from any damage to qualify for a refund.
