- All product pricing you see listed on the web shop is ex works. Your shipping fee is added at checkout using your postal code and where you are based in the UK.
- Standard delivery is 3-5 working days after the day of order. Next day delivery is possible at the additional cost of £17 per pallet. For next day delivery the order has to be placed by 10:30am on the web shop.
- Ordering via the web shop is the quickest method to ensure immediate dispatch of your order. You can place orders on the web shop 24/7 at your own convenience.

- We offer a pick and pack service whereby you can pick and choose the different products to make up your order and therefore pallet.
- We are able to fit 40 x 25kg bags per pallet. If you order 41 x 25 bags you will be charged for an extra pallet.
- The shipping rate per pallet depending on your postcode is fixed, therefore we advise you to utilise this transport cost by ordering wisely.
- Please notice the note section upon order, if you would like the products stacked in a certain way please mention it. Eg: Please pack bottom half Albino Whale and top half Pale Whale.
- If you have any questions on when your order will be delivered we will do our best to find out. You can email us at Sale@paulsmalt.co.uk please bare in mind we are not amazon and timings aren’t always exact with the pallet network.
- Once you create your account on the web shop by default you will be put on ‘pay upon checkout’ terms. If you would like to talk about being put on credit terms, email us and we can carry out a credit check on your business and set you up on account. This way you can place orders on the web shop without having to pay at checkout.
